RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. No refunds after 24 hours of purchase.Refunds are only done when you do not get exactly what you ordered for.

2. No exchange of design after 24 hours of Purchase

3. Exchange of ring size is open for 7 days only. After 7 days, an exchange fee of N5,000 is charged per ring and N10,000 after 4weeks (a month). Customers are Responsible for the To and Fro transportation of Rings.

4. A stained, scratched or damaged ring will not be accepted for possible exchange

5. Your warranty covers washing, fixing of side stones at any point after purchase.
Iyva Accessories is not liable for any damage done to your ring.

Note: Only side stones can be fixed not center stones

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR RING (S925)

1. Avoid creaming with your rings on

2. Take off your rings before bathing, using detergents or swimming

3. Wash your rings with dish washing liquid soap, dry it with the polish cloth given to you

4. You can come for washing once every year for 5 years, if you find your ring excessively dirty

Note: your ring is not afraid of water. Do well to wash your ring on your own, if you notice it’s dirty.
